1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of the Signature platform, an online training platform for real estate brokers in Egypt. Creating an account or completing a purchase means you accept these terms, along with the privacy policy and the refund policy.

2. Your account and responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date details and use an email address where you can receive verification and support messages.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and your devices secure, and for not sharing your account details with anyone.
• The account is personal. Transferring access, selling the account, or sharing the content with others is not permitted.
• You must be of an age that allows you to enter a legally binding contract, or use the platform with the consent of your guardian as the law requires.

3. Purchase and access period

The price shown is the final price in Egyptian pounds, with no additional fees or taxes from Signature. Each successful purchase grants access for 3 months starting from the moment payment succeeds, not from your first login.

On renewal, a fresh access cycle begins from zero. An expired system remains visible in your account with the option to renew, but its content is not available while expired.

4. Payment

Payment is available through EasyKash using Instapay, Vodafone Cash, or cards, depending on the options shown at the time of purchase. The payment email must match the email linked to your Signature account. Returning from the payment page does not by itself confirm a successful transaction; access is activated once a trusted confirmation is received.

5. Devices and acceptable use

An account may have two active devices at the same time. If you need to change a device, open a support ticket. Attempting to bypass the device limit, copying or redistributing the videos and files, or using any method to defeat the platform's protections is not permitted.

6. Intellectual property

The Signature name, mark, videos, files, text, designs, and any materials inside a system are owned by or licensed to Signature. We grant you a limited personal licence to view and use the content during your access period, with no transfer of ownership and no right to republish.

7. Support and suspension

Support is handled through tickets. Signature may suspend or terminate an account or access in the event of a breach of these terms, a security risk, or a legal obligation, without prejudice to any rights owed to the user under the law.

8. Limitation of liability

The content is training material and is not a guarantee of any particular financial or career outcome. We aim to provide the service reliably, but temporary interruptions can occur due to maintenance or faults at our service providers. Nothing here affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when needed, and we will publish the new version with a clear update date. These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and both parties will address any dispute in good faith before turning to the competent authorities.
